Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk or oat milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Coconut oil or cooking spray
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the oats, banana, protein powder, egg, almond milk, baking powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly coat with coconut oil or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as fresh berries, nut butter, or Greek yogurt, for a delicious and protein-packed breakfast.
